Jason is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated magna cum laude from Miami University. Jason is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) and CPCU.

Rogelio Hernandez is Vice President of CAC Specialty’s Multinational Team advising clients on strategies, structures and servicing of global risk management and insurance programs.  He works across all CAC Specialty industry groups in supporting colleagues and clients on all lines of insurance, and addressing compulsory and regulatory requirements clients must follow in doing business in multiple countries.

Evelyn T Rimmer

Evelyn has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  She joined USAA in 1993 and has held positions in Policy Service, Underwriting Operations, and Staff Underwriting.  She is currently a Digital Technical Product Manager Lead for Eligibility on the Join USAA team.  Prior to joining USAA, Evelyn was a Personal Lines Manager for a Nationwide Insurance Agency in Virginia Beach, VA.  Evelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA) and a Master of Arts in Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.  She obtained the CPCU designation in 2007.

Brian is a property and casualty claims leader with extensive experience continuously improving automobile and property claims operations. Proven track record of improving customer service levels (customer experience), controlling ALAE costs (litigation expense), and improving claims quality. Previous leadership experience in catastrophe (CAT), large loss, litigation, special investigation unit (SIU), and talent management/talent development.

Jessica began her insurance career in 2001 and is currently a Business Process Owner for the Contract Development Team at USAA. Jessica graduated with a BS in Information Technology from the University of Hawaii and has obtained her MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport. Her professional designations include the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associates in Data Analytics (AIDA), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC),  Associates in Insurance (AINS) and the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).

Jessica joined USAA in 1998 and has had various roles in customer service to include claims, sales, service and back office work that included manual rating. She has held professional roles as a Financial Analyst and now a Business Rules Analyst. Jessica received her BA in Management (2006) and MBA in Finance (2013) from Our Lady of The Lake University. Her professional designations include Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
